The challenge
The developer was launching a flagship Lusail address but relied on a slow, English-only brochure site that buyers abandoned on mobile. Sales enquiries were arriving through scattered channels with no way to measure which campaigns worked.
What bX did
- Built a fast, mobile-first website with full Arabic (RTL) and English versions, written natively for both audiences.
- Created a launch identity and unit-availability layouts that work across print, social, and the sales lounge.
- Added WhatsApp-first enquiry capture with conversion tracking so every lead source is measurable.
- Tuned Core Web Vitals so the gallery-heavy pages stay under the mobile performance budget.
The results
The launch site loaded fast on 4G across Doha and Lusail, gave the sales team a single qualified-enquiry inbox, and gave marketing clear data on which channels drove viewings.
