The challenge
A well-reviewed restaurant had no consistent brand and posted to social sporadically, losing ground to chains with bigger budgets during Qatar National Day and Ramadan peaks.
What bX did
- Developed a warm bilingual identity rooted in the souq's heritage, with Arabic and English lockups.
- Set a content calendar timed to Qatar's seasonal peaks - Ramadan iftar, Qatar National Day, and weekend family dining.
- Produced on-brand photography templates and short-form video for Instagram and TikTok.
- Ran lightweight paid social targeted to Al Wakrah and southern Doha to fill quiet midweek covers.
The results
A consistent, recognisably local brand and a steady content rhythm gave the restaurant a credible presence against larger competitors, with reservations increasingly arriving through WhatsApp and Instagram.
